Shipping
We now ship with DPD UK! As the leading courier in the UK, we felt that they would be the perfect solution for our customers. They will notify you with updates from collection to your doorstep! Once your order is ready, we will email you with your DPD tracking number and provide you with a link so you can track your parcel. We advise for customers to download the DPD app to follow your parcel along it's journey.

Please note that some depots encourage their drivers to leave your parcel at your local Pick Up Shop if they are unable to deliver, so please ensure that either someone is in to accept the delivery or able to go to the Pick Up Shop.
On the rare occasion that you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us straight away on 02084180269 or email us bizaracards.shop@gmail.com and our customer service team will be happy to assist you. Our opening hours are at the bottom of the home page.
Please allow 2 working days for cards and 7 working days for gift orders for your order to be despatched.
Click & Collect
We also offer a free click & collect service for customers local to our Loughton, Essex store (or those willing to travel!). When your order is ready, we will email you with your collection date & time. Please wait for your despatch email before visiting us in store.
If you change your mind, or are no longer able to collect, please let us know and we can send you a payment link via text for the shipping fee and get your order out to you instead!
